FAQ

We believe clarity fuels confidence. Here are the answers to the most common questions so you can move forward with certainty, and sharper thinking.

Still unsure? Sign up to the Substack and watch how this system works in real time.

Isn’t this just advanced prompt engineering?

No and yes. And that’s exactly the point. Prompt engineering alone teaches you how to write the perfect prompt for a niche result. Iterative Minds teaches you how to structure a long-term, evolving interaction with AI that combines human psychology, memory curation, iterative prompting, and cognitive exchange. Not to get one good output. To build a continuous system. It’s the difference between optimizing a tool or a sparring partner.

Can’t I figure this out on my own?
Maybe. If you have hundreds of hours to spend trialing your way through cognitive feedback loops, memory design, and reflection protocols. But this system gives you all of that already tested, refined, and grounded in psychological practice. You can build your own high-performance setup without getting stuck in the weeds.
LLMs just reflect what you put in. How can it actually refine your thinking?

True, LLMs don’t think. They mirror. But that’s exactly what makes them powerful. If you structure your engagement intentionally, AI becomes a high-level cognitive mirror. One that reflects your assumptions and forces metacognitive feedback in real time. Structured AI dialogue, when done right, has been shown to improve critical thinking and reduce bias [SOURCE]. AI won’t refine you on its own. But structured interaction will force you to refine yourself.

Won’t this just reinforce bad thinking or bias?
Without structure? Yes. AI can easily become an echo chamber. But that’s the problem this course is literally designed to solve. You’ll learn how to interact in a way that forces the system to hold opposing viewpoints and escalates. Just like a weak debate reinforces opinion, weak AI engagement reinforces bias. This system teaches you how to avoid that.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can open ChatGPT, you can do this. The system is designed to make interaction like this accessible, even if you don’t care about the tech side. You’ll learn just enough technical insight to understand what LLMs can and can’t do so you avoid the pitfalls. But, most of the focus is on how you think and interact, not how the model does.
How do you know this actually works?

The psychology behind this isn’t new. Structured feedback through Socratic questioning or adversarial logic using AI has already been shown to sharpen reasoning [SOURCE]. What’s new is that AI can now deliver this at scale, tailored to your mind. And if you’ve never seen what that feels like in action? You will.

How long will the course take?
That depends entirely on your pace. You can move through the material in 3–4 weeks if you’re dedicated, or take your time and build gradually over a few months. Each step is modular, so you can go deep in one area without needing to finish everything at once. This isn’t a “complete it and you’re done” kind of course. You’ll return to it and evolve with it over time.
Is this only for entrepreneurs?

No, but it is for high-level thinkers. Entrepreneurs are a natural fit because they’re already making fast, complex decisions with limited feedback. But the system is just as powerful for strategists, coaches, consultants, educators, and anyone who uses their mind as their main tool. If you’re curious, sharp, and tired of surface-level thinking, this is for you.
